Enabling Notifications

Enabling notifications is easy! Please follow the steps below to make sure you don’t miss out on any time-sensitive challenges, rewards, or announcements! 

Enabling Notifications on iOS

1. First, you’ll want to click on the “Settings” icon on your home screen. Next, click on “Notifications”.

       

2. Next, locate “SocialLadder” in your list of apps, and click on it.

3. Please ensure that “Allow Notifications” is enabled and select your notification preferences.

Enabling Notifications on Android

1. First, you’ll want to open your phone settings by tapping the gear icon on your top bar, or by opening your Apps drawer and selecting “Settings.” Next, click on “Application Manager,” then scroll down to select SocialLadder.

2. Next, select the “Notifcations” option from the “App info” page for SocialLadder.

3. Please ensure that “Block” is turned off, and select any further notification preferences. Turn “Priority” on if you want to make sure you’re in the loop!

That’s it! Your phone is now set up to receive notifications from SocialLadder.
